The mechanism of action of some potency-enhancing substances (such as crocodile sperm consumed by the ancient Egyptians) is not always understood. For over 100 years, physiologists have been interested in the mechanism by which blood vessels dilate. Scientists have been persistently looking for some substance responsible for regulating this process. It was assumed that it is secreted by the cells of the inner surface of the vessels. The disclosure of this secret was of fundamental importance, because the most common diseases of the 20th century, atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction, and stroke, are associated with impaired vasodilatation.
Studies conducted in the early 1990s showed that a simple compound found in car exhaust, for example, nitric oxide (NO) plays an extremely important role in the body, actively participating in the regulation of blood pressure. It is gaseous nitric oxide, penetrating through cell membranes, that helps the body redistribute blood between organs.
Soon, the medical drug sildenafil citrate appeared as a heart remedy, which entered clinics for testing. But the researchers began to notice that the volunteers who took part in the trial of the drug stopped returning the remains of the pills. The investigation led to a shocking result - a new invention significantly improved erections in test subjects.

What does the mechanism of erection look like in terms of biochemistry? Sexual arousal leads to the release of nitric oxide NO in the tissues of the penis. (Nitric oxide, N2O, is used to boost car engines.) The oxide, in turn, leads to the formation of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), which causes relaxation of the smooth muscles of the penis. Blood fills the dilated vessels and an erection occurs. At the same time, phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) cleaves cyclic GMF, after which the smooth muscles contract, blood flows out of the cavernous bodies, and the penis falls off. From all this, at least two conclusions can be drawn. First: a morning erection is not necessarily a consequence of sexual arousal, but rather a complete relaxation of smooth muscles during sleep. The second conclusion: if during the process of excitation in the necessary tissues a sufficient amount of nitric oxide has not been produced, it can be delivered there chemically. Viagra, unfortunately, does not do this, otherwise it would be possible to cause an erection regardless of desire. Blue pills, being a powerful selective PDE5 inhibitor, prevent the breakdown of cGMP in the tissues of the penis. Speaking in Russian, Viagra prolongs erection, but the production of nitric oxide still remains on the conscience of the owner of the penis. Nothing will come of it without sexual arousal.
To date, the extension of erection with the help of sildenafil citrate is the most technologically advanced and harmless method. In fact, for this they gave the Nobel Prize, and not at all for "regulation of the cardiovascular system." By the way, Viagra is contraindicated for heart patients.

Following the traditions of our publication, we tested the tool. It turned out that blue pills, contrary to rumors, are sold in pharmacies without a prescription. The world produces tablets containing sildenafil citrate in 25, 50 and 100 mg.
In Russia, tablets with a content of 25 mg are not found - in our country, even low-alcohol beer is not very popular. The 50 milligrams look exactly like the stronger pills, but cost a little less. Therefore, in order to more rationally spend funds, 100-milligram tablets were bought, which were broken in half. The drug was taken after a long working day, when, apart from sleep, one no longer wanted and could not do anything, which was previously checked. 30 minutes after the reception, everything worked. Although the manufacturer guarantees stable PDE5 suppression for 4 hours, the experiment was artificially limited to 2 hours. PDE5 did not appear during this time, and uncleaved cyclic GMP continuously caused smooth muscle relaxation. A side effect of the experiment was a slight headache, which disappeared within an hour. According to statistics, 16% of those who took it can feel it. Editorial conclusion: it really works, there is nothing to complain about.

Over the entire history of its existence, more than ten soloists have changed in it, and therefore few people remember who was part of the first composition of Viagra, from which it all began. So who was at the origin? What was the very first composition of Viagra - the legendary female group of the Russian stage? Let's remember.
History of the group
Two friends, two talented musicians, two people obsessed with music, eager to change the world, decided to create a new women's group that will change the perception of the Russian stage. In 2000, successful TV producer Dmitry Kostyuk and composer Konstantin Meladze, having analyzed the success of the Spice Girls in the West and the "Brilliant" in Russia, joined forces to create a new group that would not only be able to compete with popular bands, but also become their standard.
Selection of soloists
Since the task was not easy, the work progressed very slowly. The first composition of Viagra was recruited for a very long time. The first to enter the group at that time was the TV presenter of the Biz-TV channel, whose general director was Dmitry Kostyuk. He invited a talented and smart girl to participate in the project, but she doubted for a long time, as she preferred rock music. The interest to see what would come out of this undertaking prevailed over doubts, and Vinnitskaya agreed.
Numerous castings did not give results, the producers could not find those who fit the format of the group one hundred percent. The first composition of Viagra - Alena Vinnitskaya and selected girls Marina Kaschin and Yulia Miroshnichenko - began work on the first compositions, but the result did not satisfy Konstantin Meladze and Dmitry Kostyuk, and they decided to close the project.
After some time, they returned to an unrealized dream and started all over again, only this time they began to treat applicants for a place in VIA Gre even more demanding.
Not a trio but a duet
It was originally planned that VIA Gra would consist of three surprisingly attractive and charming girls who could sing. Desperate to find suitable soloists, the producers thought about creating a solo project with Vinnitskaya. But an unexpected discovery for them was Nadezhda Granovskaya. The girl met all the requirements, the main of which is a stunning sexy appearance. So, finally, Viagra was formed.

"Attempt No. 5" - that was the name of the first song of the girls, which instantly made them insanely popular - they literally woke up famous. It happened on September 4, 2000, the day after the premiere of the composition on the Biz-TV channel. The debut was marked by the Golden Gramophone, Stopud Hit, Golden Firebird and Golden Kettle awards. The band's first album was released in 2001.

The history of the popular female team of the Viagra group began on September 3, 2000. It was then that the premiere of the debut video “Attempt No. 5” took place on the air of the Ukrainian television company “Biz-TV”, which instantly flew into the top positions of the main charts. After that, the group experienced rapid ups and downs more than once, repeatedly changed its line-up, its soloists began successful solo careers and gave birth to children. But, despite this, the popularity of Viagra did not decrease.
In 1999, Ukrainian businessman and owner of the Biz-TV channel Vladimir Kostyuk, inspired by the success of the Russian "Brilliant" and Western "Spice Girls", decided to launch a similar Ukrainian project. He called Konstantin Meladze for the role of a music producer. One of the first approved soloists was Alena Vinnitskaya, who previously worked as a host on Biz-TV. Thanks to the casting, Meladze and Kostyuk found two more girls: Marina Modina and Yulia Miroshnichenko. But in the process of working on Attempt No. 5, it was decided to leave Alena alone and freeze the project for a while, continuing to search for suitable soloists.
When Nadezhda Granovskaya appeared on the horizon, it was decided to retrain the trio into a duet, in which Vinnitskaya got the role of the leading soloist. Initially, the group was supposed to be called "Silver". There are several versions about where the name "Viagra" came from. According to one of them, VIA is a vocal and instrumental ensemble, "gra" in Ukrainian means a game. Some believe that Viagra is a derivative of the names and surnames of the vocalists (Vi-Vinnitskaya, A- Alena, Gra- Granovskaya). But the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the word "Viagra" is the famous drug that increases male potency. By the way, bringing out the V.I.A. "Gra" into the English-language music market, Sony Music management received a pre-trial claim from tablet manufacturers. Therefore, in the West, the group is known under the pseudonym Nu Virgos.
Initially, critics considered Viagra to be a one-hit group and predicted its short-lived fame. Alena (Olga) Vinnitskaya was born on December 27, 1974 in the capital of Ukraine. Almost immediately after graduation, she met her future husband, who at that time performed in the Seven team. Over time, together they changed the name of the group to "The Last Unicorn", where Vinnitskaya became the author of the music and words of the songs they performed.
From 1997 to 2000, Vinnitskaya successfully combined the professions of a VJ and a reporter on music TV channels and a DJ on radio stations. On Biz-TV, she hosted the Ukrainian Twenty, which was also broadcast on the Russian MTV. It was there that she met Kostyuk, who invited her to join the Viagra group. With the participation of Alena, they shot 6 clips, released their debut album, starred in two musicals and recorded several non-album songs.
On January 20, 2003, the girl left the band and began her solo career, performing pop-rock compositions. Dmitry Kostyuk, the producer of the group, wanted to assemble a women's group, the members of which should have a stunning sexual appearance to demonstrate outrageous performances and, as KVN people like to joke, when these conditions are met, no one will pay attention to vocal data. After the first casting, three girls were selected. We recorded the first song and even started filming the video. But the coordinated work of the team did not work out and the composition was disbanded. But the idea did not leave the producers.
After some time, “attempt number two” took place. This time the choice was on two vocalists. They became and. Alena at that time worked at the Biz-TV television company, where Dmitry Kostyuk noticed her and invited her to participate in the team. When he and the second producer of the group, Konstantin Meladze, received a photo shoot of Nadezhda, they invited her to a casting, which confirmed that the girl met all the requirements. The group got the name, which, as it turned out, means not only an allusion with a known drug. Although many believe that this is not an allusion, but the meaning of the name, because the group's performance has no less effect on the male half of humanity than a well-known medical drug.

Another version: “Gra” is the first letters of the words “Voice, Joy, Artistry”. The latest version is most likely far-fetched. The clip made a certain sensation, the group was not only noticed, they started talking about it as a new bright phenomenon on the domestic pop scene. A successful song with a corresponding video clip became an excellent application and even in some way a "visiting card" of the band. So, with the song "Attempt No. 5", on the second attempt, the group hit the tops of various music charts. The song was liked not only by the listeners, but was also noticed by music critics and producers. At the end of the year, only for this song, the group received several music awards: "Stopudov hit", "Golden Gramophone", "Golden Firebird", and the video was awarded the "Golden Kettle".
The debut video was the starting point on the path to popularity. Moreover, this song is still popular, the group regularly performs it during concert performances, reminding the audience of how it all began. A successful debut was followed by months of hard work. Following "Attempt No. 5", the composition "Meet My Mom" was released. The shooting of the video, however, was not completed. The plot of the video for the song “Hug Me” is in many ways similar to the plot of the unfinished clip, the directors even used some fragments of the video for the song “Meet My Mom”.

The fame of the team grew every day. Increasingly, they are welcome guests on various television shows, they are bombarded with offers to participate in national concerts. Two more clips delight fans - “I will not return” and “Bomb”. Each new song, album, video, appearance in a TV program or on the pages of magazines (the group is photographed by Playboy, Maxim, 7 Days) contribute to the growing popularity of the group, which successfully tours throughout the country. The same time was marked by another event - the group was invited to take part in the filming of the musical.
The trio of Brezhnev, Granovskaya and Sedokov is often called the “golden line-up” by fans, because in this line-up the group was more productive than ever. A video was released for the song “Do not leave me, my love!”, followed by the second album, “Stop! Taken!" In the summer, the video "Kill my girlfriend" appears.
Having conquered the domestic stage, she is ready to show herself to the countries of Europe and Asia. The English-language clip “Stop! Stop! Stop!", as well as the English-language album of the band of the same name. The first release took place in Japan, where it performed with great success in the capital. The group maintained its popularity and was active on stage and in the studio. But dissatisfaction with Svetlana grew, conflicts arose between the vocalists, as a result, it was decided to part with Loboda. Instead, they took Albina Dzhanabaeva, who had already worked for a long time with Valery Meladze as a backing vocalist. The fans called this line-up "diamond" after the release of the video for the song "Diamonds". The composition fell in love with everyone due to its lightness and jazz motive. Brezhneva wanted to start a solo career, while Granovskaya decided to try something new. This statement caused confusion among the fans of the group and took the producers, Konstantin Meladze and Dmitry Kostyuk, by surprise.
Creative crisis or another change of composition
The departure of two soloists at once did not bode well. The producers had two options: close the project or try to find a replacement. Both options had their weaknesses. What it means to close a well-promoted, extremely popular project is not worth explaining. But finding vocalists for the well-coordinated work of the team is also not an easy task. Fans almost resigned themselves to the collapse of the team. Although the rumors that the “farewell” with the group was only a successful PR move, warmed the hope that the girls would still please with new songs and tours. Only now, no one knew whether it would be a completely new composition or someone from the old one would remain.
In place of Granovskaya, Christina Kotz-Gotlieb got into the group. In the new line-up, the group released a new lyric song "Deceive, but stay", in which many listeners saw a parallel with the ongoing events in the team. But the new format did not last long, relations between the soloists did not work out right away, and instead of Christina, the producers invited Olga Koryagina.
It seemed that the appearance of a new soloist would allow her to continue working calmly, and all the problems were behind her. It looks like the band never planned to stop. continued to delight her fans with new releases and give concerts. In May 2006, a big solo concert took place in St. Petersburg, dedicated to the fifth anniversary of the band.

M.L. This song by that time was already a real hit and sounded in all music programs, taking first place in music tops and chats. However, the second English-language album was not successful. But here, for a reason already familiar to the group - pregnancy, Olga Koryagina leaves the team. The producers allow her to leave the team without fulfilling her obligations, but also without the possibility of returning. And after Koryagina, Vera Brezhneva leaves the group. Another casting brought Meseda Bagaudinova to the group. The duet recorded the songs "Kisses" and "I'm not afraid." The video for the latter was filmed at a time when the producers decided to return the trio format to the team. In the new video for the song "I'm not afraid" fans "VIA Gra" saw the new soloist of the project - Tatyana Kotova.
The following year was more productive for the band than 2007. There were new songs and new successes. Already in the summer, at the Muz-TV Prize, it was named the “Best Pop Group of the Year”, and their video for the song “Kisses” won in the “Best Video” nomination. In the fall, the team shot the video “American Wife” for the soundtrack to the film “Dandies”, released the third collection of songs - “Emancipation”, participated in the creative evening of Konstantin Meladze, and, of course, in New Year's concerts.

In parallel with her studies at secondary and music schools, the girl managed to do choreography and study acting in a pop song theater called Galatea.

The girl took part in various music competitions, including "First Swallows", "Running on the Waves", "Young Galicia" and others. But she did not achieve much success at that time. Erika was born in a village called Malaya Dobran, which is located near the border of Ukraine with Hungary, near Uzhgorod.
Mixed blood flows in the girl: her father is a Hungarian, her mother is the daughter of a Ukrainian and a Hungarian. Erica's parents got married when they were very young - dad was 22, mom - 18. When the girl was five years old, the family decided to have a second child. The birth was very difficult, which adversely affected the health of Erica's mother. Concerns about the well-being of the family and the upbringing of young children completely fell on the shoulders of Nikolai, the father of the family. Erica went to a Hungarian school, where Ukrainian was studied for only two hours a week. Every day, for this, she went 12 kilometers from home and crossed the border. When the rules for crossing the borders of countries became tougher, the girl had to change schools.
In high school, Erica studied at the Lyceum at the local church, sang in the church choir.
After receiving a certificate of secondary education, the girl went to the city of Beregovo in order to become a student at the Transcarpathian Hungarian Institute named after Ferenc Rakozzi II. During her studies, Erica worked as a waitress at a local cafe.
2008 was a year of change for the girl. She lost as much as 30 kilograms in order to try her hand at modeling. She starred in ads for jewelry and lingerie.
Work in a modeling agency in 2011 brought the girl to Kyiv. There, in 2012, she received her first major contract with a French lingerie company. The third soloist of the renewed group was born in the Ukrainian city of Kherson. At birth, the parents gave their daughter the name Natalia. Her real name is Mogilenets. Misha Romanova is a stage name that the girl came up with in memory of the two men she once loved. The girl studied at a comprehensive school and often suffered from peer bullying. It's hard to imagine, but as a child she stuttered badly. This began after Misha became an unwitting witness to a quarrel between her parents when she was five years old. The girl recalls how hard it was for her, because she could not even buy chewing gum for herself in the store, as the sellers did not understand her.
On the advice of doctors, the parents gave the girl to vocal lessons. Misha's surprise and delight knew no bounds when she realized that she did not stutter when she sang. Since then, even in the classroom, when she was called to answer, she did not tell the learned material, but “sang”.
In 2001, the girl became a member of the vocal studio of the Neftyanik Palace of Culture, and soon took the place of a soloist, and later an assistant to the head of the studio.
The dream of becoming an artist gave her the strength to take part in all possible music competitions. She won prizes in "Little Stars", "Carousel of Melodies", "World of Talents". Misha Romanova was educated at the Kiev Variety and Circus School, where she entered in 2007.
