- And you started to eat right?

How to say. I know very well what proper nutrition is. And I turned to famous specialists more than once. But knowing is one thing, sticking to the rules is another. For me, I repeat, it is impossible to do the same thing for a long time, so I can eat right for two or three months, and then I quit. After several weeks of "permissiveness" I again take up my mind, then once again I break down, and so on all the time. Once I took up therapeutic fasting - I sat on distilled water under the supervision of a doctor. It was cool: I really felt how the body was being cleansed. True, the first three days there was no strength at all, so you can starve only when you are not working. On the fourth day, euphoria set in, it became easy and pleasant. And on the eighth day, I stopped my hunger strike. Not because she felt bad, she just lost interest. It is the same with other "diets": it is easy to try, it is much more difficult to follow for a long time. In addition, when I concentrate on work, I no longer have time to think about nutrition. It is good that there are artist assistants on the set who will not forget to slip a bottle of water in time. But they still won't keep track of the diet of each actor. Therefore, I usually eat right in the summer, when I'm less busy and I can control what and when I eat.

Having tried everything in the world, in the end I came up with convenient, comfortable for me personally - I emphasize, for me - the principles of nutrition. First, the volume you eat should equal the size of your cam. To emphasize the small size of the portions, I always put food on very large plates at home. This is both beautiful and psychologically tunes not to overeat. Second rule: eat slowly. If you are not in a hurry, you will catch the moment when you are full. Ideally, lunch should take an hour. And third: water plays a very important role, drowning out the false feeling of hunger. Hungry? Drink a glass of water and wait 10 minutes - it is quite possible that when the stomach is filled with liquid, the appetite that has awakened will fall asleep again. By the way, it is also recommended to drink food with clean water. Most often I do without it at all, but if I still wanted to have a snack, then I prefer cheese. Given that I do not like other dairy products. And according to blood tests, they are mostly contraindicated for me. But in my student years in Nizhny Novgorod I once sat on kefir for a year ... A liter of kefir and a roll - that was my daily diet. But she killed two birds with one stone: she lost weight and saved money to buy spiritual food - books. I remember that kefir was sold in glass bottles, for which money was returned, and every morning I went down with an empty bottle to a special kiosk next to my house.

- What about traditional breakfast cereals?

No, it's too high in calories for me. In the first half of the day I can have a snack with fruits, because if you eat them in the late afternoon, the sugar, which is contained, for example, in pears and grapes, will be deposited "in reserve". Therefore, in the evening, it is better to eat a piece of meat than an apple. For lunch I usually eat salad, I don't like soups. Not for ideological reasons, but because I don't need him much. But I cook the fish often and quickly: I put the whole dorada or sea bass into the electric grill, sprinkle with seasonings on top, and after 10 minutes the dish is ready. Even no side dish is needed. Of course, sometimes I want fried potatoes, but I myself do not eat, and I do not give the child. However, my daughter already knows what is harmful and what is useful.

- How do you eat in "field" conditions - on the set outside Moscow?

There are no problems with this - I just always ask for a dietary meal for myself: boiled meat or fish and salad without mayonnaise. Now she was filming in Kiev and Kaluga, so there were plates with amazing cheesecakes and buns on the tables in the frame. But I gave myself a vow that I would not eat a single "nasty". And she held it back! I was very proud of myself. I will add that I often shift lunch time to get an hour's sleep in the afternoon. In my opinion, sleep is even more important for health and appearance than nutrition. Moreover, it is necessary to sleep with an open window. The same with the bath - I love it very much, especially the hammam, but I rarely go out. I am most attentive to the skin of my hands, with which I always have problems - it dries a lot.
