Sauce:

Marinade:

  • Salt - 1/4 table. l.
  • White wine - 2 tables. l.

  • Starch - 2 tables. l.

Preparation:

1. First, marinate the meat. To do this, cut the pork into small pieces, about two by two centimeters. Next, stirring, add the ingredients of the marinade and let marinate at room temperature for half an hour.

2. Cut the onion, pepper into squares, and pineapple into cubes.

3. Let's make the gas station. Mix the ingredients of the sauce and mix thoroughly until smooth.

4. Separately dilute starch with water.

5. Fry the meat in small portions in a large amount of oil. Fry for one or two minutes until light golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon to allow the oil to drain. When all the pork is ready, drain the oil.

6. Pour a little fresh oil into the frying pan, about three tablespoons, and when heated, squeeze the garlic through a press. Add the onion and as soon as the onion becomes soft add the pepper to it.

Chinese pork, like many Chinese dishes, cooks quickly. For this dish we will use 400 grams of pork, soy sauce, bell pepper, flour and onion. Everything is simple and brilliant!

INGREDIENTS

  • Meat 400 grams
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Flour 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Egg 1 piece
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Bell pepper 1 piece
  • Water 4 tbsp. spoons
  • Sugar 4 tbsp. spoons
  • Wine vinegar 4 tbsp. spoons

Cut the meat into small pieces and place in a convenient bowl. Add 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce, beaten egg whites and flour.

Mix well, you can leave it for about 30 minutes, but if you don’t have time, then it’s not necessary. Then heat the frying pan thoroughly, pour oil into it and fry the meat. We do it in parts!

Place the fried meat on a plate. In the same frying pan, fry finely chopped onion and garlic and bell pepper.

Add the remaining ingredients to the lightly fried vegetables, including 4 tablespoons of soy sauce. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens.

Then return the meat to the frying pan, mix everything well and you're done!

Cooking process

Preparation begins one day before the expected serving of the dish. First you need to marinate the meat well. First of all, the pork needs to be thoroughly cleaned of veins and excess fat (if any). Now you need to cut into cubes and put in a deep bowl. Pour about 50 ml of soy sauce into it, add spices for pork dishes, such a set can be bought in any supermarket in the spice department.

You can also add a small amount of hot mustard if desired. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, but preferably overnight. In this case, the meat will turn out juicy and tender.

Second day

When the meat is well marinated, you can proceed directly to preparing the dish. To do this, you need to take a deep frying pan with a thick bottom, pour vegetable oil into it (you can also use olive oil), heat it well and throw in the pieces of pork, fry it until golden brown, but do not dry it out.

While the meat is fried, you can begin preparing the remaining products; all of the above vegetables should be thoroughly washed and peeled. Then cut into cubes or strips. When the pork reaches the desired golden color, add all the vegetables. Fry until almost fully cooked.

Finishing cooking

Now you need to open a jar of pineapples, if they are already cubes, then immediately throw them into the frying pan, if they are rings, cut them into medium cubes. Along with the pineapples, pour in the liquid that is in the jar, add a fairly large amount of soy sauce and spices. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the Chinese pork in the pan for 10-15 minutes.

While all the ingredients are ready, you need to take 50-100 ml of water into a glass and add a spoonful of starch there and stir well. Open the lid, pour in the liquid and start stirring the ingredients until the sauce begins to thicken, then squeeze out the lemon and orange juice. Taste the dish, if anything is missing, add and turn off the heat.

Chinese braised pork is ready; when serving, sprinkle the dish with a small amount of sesame seeds toasted in a frying pan.
