How to massage

So, take any birthing position and start training:

  1. Massage with the pads of the thumbs of the fossa - lateral points of the Michaelis rhombus... The movements can be pressing and releasing or circular, try different ones and choose the ones that give you the most pleasant sensations. But practice everything, so during labor, your preferences may suddenly change. The impact can be quite strong or quite light - be guided by the wishes of the expectant mother.
  2. Point massage with two fingers of the sacral holes on both sides of the sacrum... These are the outer sides of the lower triangle of the Michaelis rhombus.
