Exam selection

First of all, it is important to understand that “1C: Specialist” is a class of exams, each of which is designed to test a separate block of knowledge. Exams can be divided into 3 groups:

1. 1C: Platform Specialist "1C: Enterprise 8"(tests understanding of the basic principles of designing configurations and technological solutions embedded in the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and practical configuration and programming skills).
2. 1C: Application Solutions Specialist"1C:Enterprise 8" (tests knowledge of the program's capabilities and the presence of practical design skills in the 1C:Enterprise environment to develop existing and add new functionality of application solutions. • if you specialize in software development, your goal is “1C: Specialist” for the “1C: Enterprise 8” platform;

• If you have good knowledge of a subject area, for example, tax accounting, and you want to become a consultant, teacher, or a link between programmers and users, take the “1C: Specialist Consultant” exam.

Exam preparation

Having chosen an exam, you need to carefully prepare for it. Preparation can take from several weeks to several months, depending on how organized you are and the time you are willing to spend on preparation.

The first stage of preparation: obtain the "1C: Professional" certificate. Before each "1C: Specialist" there is an admission exam - "1C: Professional", i.e. If you plan to take the "1C: Specialist" exam under the "1C: Accounting" program, then you first need to obtain a "1C: Professional" certificate under the "1C: Accounting 8" program or the "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" program. The “1C: Professional” exam is a test; out of 14 test questions, you must answer at least 12 correctly. “1C: Professional”, like any other exam, must be prepared; without preparation, it is very difficult to pass. After you have the “1C: Professional” certificate in your hands, you will receive admission to the “1C: Specialist” exam. However, this does not mean that you need to immediately go and take it. There are three ways to prepare for the 1C:Specialist exam:

1. take training courses;
2. study methodological literature;
3. accumulate personal experience in setting up and adapting programs.

Ideally, the methods should be combined. Let's look at each of them in detail.

Training courses

The most preferred courses for preparing for the exam are:

1. You will be given the minimum necessary theoretical knowledge in the subject area.
2. Demonstrate methods for solving relevant exam problems.
3. They will pay attention to the “subtleties” of one or another version of the examination task.
4. During the courses, you have the opportunity to ask the teacher questions that arose while preparing for the exam on your own.

To prepare for the "1C: Specialist" platform exam, the following 1C courses are recommended:

Independent work

In courses and books you will learn methods of working with the program. These methods must not only be studied in theory, but also learned to use in practice. Therefore, independent work and practice will be a good addition when preparing for the exam. Most often, young, beginning specialists are not allowed to work independently; they are specially prepared for this case. This is roughly what problems look like in real life, and this is what the exam tickets are made from. It makes sense to take the exam only when the problems in the collection do not cause serious difficulties and when they have been solved. It is advisable to discuss the decision with an experienced specialist working with you at the enterprise (with a person who already has a certificate). Hurray, friends! I passed the specialist exam at the beginning of July this year!

I didn’t tell you for a long time, because... there was no time. Some time after passing the exam, I started looking for work and found a really well-paid and interesting job in a large company (not a French company). And only now have I found the time to tell you.

In this course, a lot of time is devoted to theory and tasks on Complex Periodic Calculations, and about half the time on tasks on Operational and Accounting. Exam. I arrived at the exam about 40 minutes before, and registration began 20 minutes before the start. I registered second or third and immediately headed to the auditorium. Friends, do not hesitate to ask questions to the teacher.
For example, in my ticket, wording like: “an additional bonus is awarded to employees in the form of a percentage of the amount of payments from passengers for the same period” means that such an amount can be taken from the OU or BU task, but the easiest way is to set up the BU.
It’s true that you shouldn’t ask questions like: can I make separate Income and Expenditure documents for the OS and separate ones for the BU? Perhaps the most difficult thing on my ticket is the SPR task. In accounting, you also need to use your brain to set up accounts and subaccounts.

Recalculations in my ticket need to be configured, because... There are types of calculations that depend on the base, but the recalculations themselves do not need to be done, because My ticket doesn't say anything about this.

Look at the report forms in the ticket and first set out the tasks on the sheet, write down what details to add, the structure of the registers, which sub-accounts and for which accounts to add, current, non-current, accounting signs and sub-account signs, types of calculation, which of them with a validity period , which are not, incl. organize business processes. Spend 20-30 minutes on this, but you don’t need to keep it in your head and you won’t go wrong.

Make cheat sheets in your phone for all the “current” tickets from the forum - structure, pieces of code for such difficult things as getting work experience in a request, multiple salary changes, etc. You can carefully look at the cheat sheets when the teacher leaves for a long time. During the exam you can go out to smoke, go to the cafeteria and go to the toilet. I won’t hide it, I had cheat sheets for all the tickets, but they weren’t useful to me.
