3. Moving by side steps with the right and left side.

4. Running with the face, back, sideways performing various exercises.

3) Dribbling the ball with right and left hand It is performed with jerky movements of the hand, due to flexion and extension of the arm at the elbow joint and a soft directing push with the fingers. The ball is dribbled from the side-front, with the far hand from the defender. Having received the ball, the player can only move by dribbling it, which allows him to get closer to the basket and make a throw, beating an opponent, and escape from the care of a defender.

Exercises:

1. Lift the basketball off the floor with jerky movements alternately with the right and left hand. 2. Dribbling the ball alternately in motion and in place.

3. Dribbling the ball in positions: sitting, lying down, in squats.

4. Dribbling two balls simultaneously and alternately. 5. Dribbling the ball over obstacles, circling various objects.

4) Jump stop is used to suddenly stop movement. The stop is performed by a jump with simultaneous landing on both legs. In this case, one leg is placed forward, providing the player with an emphasis, a low landing and subsequent stable body position.

Exercises:

1. Stop after a brisk run.

2. Stopping alternating with running. 3. Stopping after dribbling.

4. Running at maximum speed and stopping suddenly.

5) Pivots with the ball are used to maintain control over it. Turns are performed forward and backward, on the forefoot of the bent supporting leg, with another step forward or backward and turning the body.

6) Running with dribbling and turning.

Turning after dribbling the ball, moving backwards.

20 minutes

Play only in sportswear, preferably in high sneakers, and before starting the game, take off your chains, earrings, rings, watches, bracelets. Girls braid long hair or tie a ponytail.

Significant errors: movement on straight legs; inability to quickly change direction; loss of balance.

Minor errors: there is no clear consistency in the movements of the arms and legs, depending on the directions of action.

Significant errors: there is no shock-absorbing flexion of the legs during sequential steps; loss of balance.

Minor errors: excessive bending forward or leaning back with correct leg work.

Communication competencies:know how own ways of interacting with people around, methods of action in communication situations, monitor each other's safety

The ability to control and adjust your actions and actions is one

graders.

7). Catching the ball with two handsand is the capture of the ball with the hands.

When meeting a flying ball, you need to stretch your arms forward. Brushes with fingers wide apart form a kind of funnel into which the ball should lie. At the moment of touching the palms, the ball is captured by the tips of the fingers, the arms are bent, the ball is pulled to the chest, while the legs are bent.

Exercises:

1. Throwing the ball into the wall and catching it.

2. Throwing the ball into the wall from various distances.

3. Catching the ball after bouncing.

4. Catching the ball after throwing a partner.

8) Passing the ball with two hands from the chest from a place begins with a swing and a circular motion with the ball, first down and then up. Further, with the hands, with the simultaneous extension of the legs and arms, the ball is directed forward. If the pass is short (i.e., the partner is at a short distance), then the ball is sent with only hands, without fully extending the arms, since it does not take much effort to throw the ball to the partner.

Exercises:

1. Throwing the ball up and catching it with both hands.

2. Tossing two balls simultaneously and alternately followed by catching.

3. Catching after the transfer of a partner.

4. Throwing and catching with different strength and height.

9) Throwing the ball with two hands from the chest resembles the technique of transferring with two hands from the chest. The ball lies in the palms. With a smooth circular motion from bottom to top, the ball is pulled up to the chest, then, unbending the legs and straightening the arms forward and up, with a soft push of the fingers the ball is directed along a high arc into the basket.

Exercises:

Throwing the ball in a high arc into the wall.

    Target throws (circle, hoop, ribbon).

Throwing the ball across the basket from different distances.

Throwing the ball into a low hanging basket.

Mini basketball

10 min

Significant mistakes: catching with bent arms; fingers are tense and do not form a "funnel"; at the moment of touching the ball with the palms, there is no soft bending of the arms while simultaneously grasping the ball with the fingers; the ball is pressed against the chest; elbows apart.

Minor mistakes: arms are not extended enough to meet a flying ball; at the time of catching, the weight of the body is not transferred to the back leg.

Passing the ball with two hands from the chest

Significant errors: improper grip of the ball;

the swing is performed by raising the elbows to the sides, the ball is pressed against the chest;

wrong and. n. legs depending on the method of transmission (with two or one hand, right or left).

Minor errors: arms are not fully extended at the elbow joint; insufficiently active guiding movement of the brushes with the ball; at the moment the ball is released, the hands do not relax.

Significant errors: wrong and. n. legs and arms with the ball before throwing; the throw is performed abruptly, without a smooth sequential extension of the legs, arms and guiding movement of the hand.

Minor errors: incomplete extension of the arm at the elbow joint; flat trajectory of the ball

    Basketball games "Sniper Shots"

Team players line up in two (three) lines near the shields. Each player, in turn, from a place or after dribbling, throws the ball against the backboard so that, after bouncing, it hits the ring, then catches the ball and passes it to the next player, and he himself stands at the end of the column.

Relay option:

1) the throws are performed until the ball enters the ring;

2) throws after dribbling or jumping

The game should be started only at the signal of the teacher.

The winner is the team that received the most points - the ball hitting the ring (or finished the relay earlier)

    Game "Ball in the ring"

The leader of the team with the ball stands under the backboard, and the team's players - around the backboard 4-4.5 m from him along the penalty area. The first player on the team throws the ball trying to get into the ring. The host (captain) picks up the ball and passes it to the next player.

Game option:

after hitting the ring, the players change places, and so on, until the whole team moves to their place

6-8 minutes

Distance from the backboard 3-4 m (for the construction of the players). It is necessary to monitor the technique of the movements performed and the accuracy of hitting the square

The player hitting the ring gets one point.

The team that scored the most points or completed the task earlier wins

The group can be divided into 2-4 teams, depending on the number of shields

Ability to achieve assigned tasks through trial and error
