This red bean appetizer has a lot of flavor thanks to its rich ingredients. It does not require additional decoration, looks beautiful, and has excellent taste. You can serve it immediately after preparation.

First, pre-peeled crab sticks are cut. Red pepper, seeded, is chopped into small strips. Hard cheese is grated on a grater - regular or loin. The pre-washed greens are finely chopped, the canned beans are thrown into a colander to remove the brine.

All the chopped products are laid out in a large container, seasoned with spices and sauce. Everything is thoroughly mixed and served to the table.

Quick salad with canned red beans

The dish is prepared on the basis of:

  • crab sticks – 150 g;
  • canned beans – 180 g;
  • chicken eggs - a couple of pieces;
  • green onions;
  • crab sticks – 190 g;
  • rye bread or ready-made crackers;
  • garlic;
  • vegetable fat;
  • salt;
  • mayonnaise sauce.

First, all products are prepared. The eggs are boiled and shelled, the canned beans and corn are placed in a colander. Bread, cut into cubes, is dried on a baking sheet in the oven. Separately, a dressing is prepared from oil and garlic passed through a press; crackers are dipped into it for soaking for a couple of minutes. To remove excess fat, it is recommended to place the crackers on a paper towel after cooking.

Grind the crab meat and eggs, chop the greens. Mix with beans, corn, green onions. Season with sauce and salt. Add crackers before serving.

This is one of the simplest and fastest salads.

It is prepared on the basis of:

  • crab sticks – 235 g;
  • canned corn – 280 g;
  • Luke;
  • boiled chicken eggs – 5 pcs.;
  • canned beans – ½ can;
  • mayonnaise.

Onions, eggs and crab sticks are cut into cubes. The brine is removed from the beans and corn. All components are mixed in a suitable container and seasoned with sauce.

If desired, you can add a couple of diced green cucumbers to the appetizer. They will add freshness to the dish and dilute it with bright colors.

With champignons

For any holiday, you can prepare a simple, but at the same time, delicious salad from available products.

To prepare it you should stock up on:

  • corn – 380 g;
  • white beans – 380 g;
  • crab sticks – 250 g;
  • onions - a couple of pieces;
  • fresh champignons – 0.5 kg;
  • mayonnaise sauce;
  • vegetable fat.

The mushrooms are cut into beautiful slices and fried in hot oil until golden brown along with the onion. Grind the crab meat, rinse the beans and drain in a colander. Mix all the products in a large container, add salt and season with mayonnaise sauce. Serve garnished with green sprigs of dill and parsley.

Salad: crab sticks, beans and tomatoes

To prepare a snack you should stock up on:

  • canned red beans;
  • crab sticks – 270 g;
  • fresh tomatoes - a couple of pieces;
  • garlic cloves - to taste;
  • greens;
  • mayonnaise sauce – 4 tbsp;
  • ground pepper, salt.

Rinse the beans and chop the tomatoes as finely as possible. Chop the crab sticks with a knife, finely chop the greens. Mix everything in a large container, add chopped garlic, dressing, spices. Mix.

For a festive table, it is better to serve the salad in a beautiful transparent container, placing the ingredients on fresh lettuce leaves. You can sprinkle crackers and egg yolk on top. Instead of mayonnaise, it is good to use homemade yogurt.
