Ordinary gas cylinders will have to be switched over and over again and taken to refueling. The 600 liter mobile gas tank avoids unnecessary hassle. Its contents last at least a month.

The mobile gas tank is not afraid of frosts. In winter, problems begin with conventional gas cylinders. When the temperature drops below zero, the mixture of propane and butane stops coming out of them. The mobile gas tank is free from this drawback. It is equipped with heating and evaporates propane-butane equally successfully in any weather.

When you need a mobile gas tank

If autonomous heating is required only temporarily, it makes no sense to install an expensive stationary gas tank, which then cannot be dismantled and sold... In such a case, a mobile gas tank would be a more reasonable solution. There is another example: it happens that buildings, plantings and even the size of the site itself prevent the installation of an underground gas tank. A mobile gas tank can be a way out of this situation as well. It is significantly cheaper than a large underground reservoir, and when the need for autonomous gas supply disappears, it is not difficult to sell a mobile gas tank.

Autonomous gasification with your own hands

If a large underground tank is to be installed, filled and maintained by specialists, then autonomous gasification of a private house or summer cottage with the help of a mobile gas tank can be done by hand. The weight allows you to roll the trailer to the house or to the car manually. To connect a mobile gas tank to a home heating system, special quick-release couplings are used. Due to this, connecting and disconnecting takes no more than a minute. In this case, neither gas nor heat carrier (antifreeze) is discharged, and air does not enter the heating system.

Refueling a mobile gas tank

When less than 20% of the gas remains in the gasholder, it needs refueling. To replenish the gas supply, you can call a gas carrier, or you can take a trailer with a gas holder installed on it to the nearest gas station (gas filling station) using your own car. Transportation of such a volume of gas does not require a permit. A standard filling nozzle is used to fill the mobile gas tank at the dispenser of the gas filling station. The refueling time is about 25 minutes. The gas level is controlled by a level meter.

Tank heating system

In winter, the cylinder is heated by antifreeze - the coolant of the house heating system to which it is connected. This is necessary so that the evaporation of propane-butane does not stop even at negative air temperatures. A special regulator monitors the pressure in the tank and turns off the heating when the pressure exceeds the optimal level. When pressure drops, heating resumes. The system does not consume electricity and is explosion-proof.

Car trailer

The trailer, on which the mobile gas tank is installed, can be both special and universal. The large tank is securely anchored in a galvanized frame and protected by a weather and UV resistant PVC tarpaulin. To fix the trailer on the ground, there are four support legs (outriggers). After installation on the supports, you can remove the trailer drawbar, its rear panel and even the wheels. This will protect the gas tank from theft.

Heating regulator and two-stage reducer with a maximum capacity of 12 kg / h for powering gas equipment with a capacity of up to 100 kW. The pressure at the inlet of the reducer is variable: 0.037 bar - 16 bar, at the outlet - a stable 0.037 bar (European standard). A free modification for a pressure of 0.050 bar (German standard) is possible at the request of the consumer. It is possible to adjust the outlet pressure + 0.012 bar from the base one.

Special car trailer with hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment, aluminum bottom. The trailer is equipped with retractable outriggers (supports), quick-release drawbar and rear panel. Removing the drawbar and rear panel is the most effective method preventing theft of the trailer. In addition, a trailer without a drawbar takes up less space. PTS is issued for the trailer, the trailer is registered by the buyer with the traffic police. The trailer has a permissible weight of 700 kg and therefore does not require a special category of driving license.

The gas holder is equipped with dismountable joints and corrugated pipes made of high-alloy steel for quick connection to the pipelines of the heated object. Stability, immobility of the module on wheels when placed on the ground is achieved by four outriggers.

A mobile storage for autonomous gasification is produced in several variations:

1. Without forced heating of the tank at low temperatures. This model is acceptable for regions with mild winters.
2. Heating of the container with the fuel mixture is achieved by connecting the gasified object to the heating circuit. Docking units provide quick disconnection of pipes without loss of coolant, which is important when traveling with the aim of refueling.
3. An autonomous boiler plant is responsible for maintaining the positive temperature in the tank, which is necessary for the rational use of the propane-butane mixture. Its peculiarity is that it does not depend on electric power. The mini-boiler is equipped with automation and protection, which prevents the vessel from overheating. The fuse is triggered when the pressure in the tank is over 500 kPa.

The tank is equipped with instrumentation, safety devices, shut-off and control valves. The automatic bleed valve prevents excess pressure from building up in the process environment, which can lead to deformation of the vessel or depressurization. The complete set of a mobile complex usually includes a flexible gas pipeline in a heat-insulating shell.

Refueling of a mobile gas tank is carried out through a standardized connector used in gas installations on cars.

Accommodation requirements

Installation in places of non-permanent residence of people involves restricting access to control equipment and making additional measures for the safety of gas equipment.

Gasification using a mobile gas tank has a number of advantages. It is not associated with large-scale earthworks, which accompanies the installation of stationary analogs. Efficiency in the organization of engineering communications is achieved by the absence of bureaucratic red tape in the supervisory authorities, movement on its own wheelbase and ease of installation.
