Video recipe " Pancake roll with cream cheese"

Have fun cooking and be healthy!

Always yours Alena Tereshina.

1) Rolls from For pancake dough we need 1 liter of milk, 1 egg, 1.5 cups of wheat flour, salt and granulated sugar. Beat the egg with salt and sugar, add milk, mix. Add flour in small portions so that there are no lumps. The dough will be thin and we will use it to bake thin pancakes.

For the filling we need 200 grams of lightly salted salmon (I use regular preserved salmon), a tub of melted cream cheese, and any greens.

It is advisable that the pancakes be hot when we spread the processed cheese. Then place the salmon, sprinkle with chopped herbs, and roll the pancake into a roll. Cut the pancake into about 5-6 pieces, place it beautifully on a plate and serve. These rolls will be an ideal snack.

2) Another recipe for a good and tasty snack is made from sausage and cheese. So, to prepare pancake rolls with boiled sausage and cheese, we need 300 grams of boiled sausage (Doctorskaya or Molochnaya), 200 grams of hard cheese, mayonnaise and herbs. We prepare according to the first recipe: from milk, eggs and flour.

Cut the sausage and cheese into very thin slices. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the finished pancake, place it, sprinkle with herbs and roll it up. Cut into pieces and serve. I decided to make a hot appetizer from these same rolls - I just took them and fried them on both sides until golden brown, the cheese melted a little, it turned out very tasty and satisfying.

3) Sweet pancake rolls with oranges and curd cheese. This recipe is great for a holiday dessert. We prepare pancakes according to the same procedure and bake them. For the filling we need three ripe oranges, three vanilla curd cheeses (each 100 grams, total 300 grams of cheese). I straighten the pancake and spread it with curd cheese. Peel the oranges, divide them into slices and remove all the skin. We cut the slice lengthwise and get a thin slice. Place the orange slices on top of the curd cheese, roll the pancake and cut it into pieces. These pancake rolls will most please little ones with a sweet tooth, and adults will also enjoy them.

4) Pancake rolls with spinach and caviar. This recipe is slightly different from the previous ones. We prepare the dough according to the same scheme, but we also add chopped spinach to it - the pancakes turn out green. To contrast the color, we will use red caviar as a filling - distribute it evenly over the surface of the pancake, wrap it and cut it into pieces. If the roll unrolls and does not hold its shape, you can pierce each roll with a skewer or toothpick.

5) For those who like it, I offer rolls with ham and The dough can be prepared according to the old recipe, but for these pancakes I use kefir instead of milk. I beat the egg with salt and a pinch of sugar, quench the soda with vinegar (the mass becomes fluffy), sprinkle flour in small portions and knead the semi-liquid dough, also bake on both sides. Then I cut the ham and cheese into thin slices, put the ham on the pancake, then the cheese, wrap it and cut it into pieces. I can cut one pancake into 5 medium rolls.

In general, you can experiment with the filling, some people like meatier ones, some like vegetable rolls, and kids vote for sweet ones. I try to please everyone at once: I cook both sweet and meat dishes, and my husband is happy, and the children are not offended. Bon appetit!
