I went to two schools: on Tverskaya and in Zelenograd, next to my house. She completed three courses in total. I liked both schools: a good curriculum, great teachers, spacious classrooms and small groups. And for Moscow, very affordable prices.

Unfortunately, the BKC-Academic school was a big disappointment. The school administration, or rather those employees who are responsible for working with clients (including the sale of the actual units of classes), have been proving their incompetence in the following questions for several years (!)
- pricing and calculation of hourly rates and course duration
- formation of new groups
- communication with clients!
The last straw for us turned out to be that by making a prepayment within the announced promotion a few months (!) Before the start of the course for the year, by the end of September we not only did not receive a recruited group in which we could start classes, but and faced constant deliberate misinformation from the responsible manager regarding the recruitment process for this group and the prospects for starting classes in the foreseeable future.
Moreover, the manager chose to completely disappear from our horizon, having ceased at some point, in principle, to inform us about what was happening. As a result, we spent a lot of time calling this manager and trying to find out the current status of our problem.
Further, the information that came periodically from this manager, after some time she herself was refuted - we were given new information, which, however, also did not solve our problem.
After we decided to contact the central office with an official complaint, they listened to us and even assigned a certain number to our appeal, and also promised to give an official response within a few working days. There was no official response. Generally.
After that, we decided to take the money from the school, so that we could still start classes somewhere else. After many days of clarifying the details of the refund process, the latter was returned to us. At the same time, no one gave us the textbooks that were given to us for free under the action. So the promotions at this school are an unscrupulous attempt to entice a client. At least that was the case in this particular situation.
The VKS-IH network of companies was founded back in 1992, and since then it has not yielded its place as a leader in the field of foreign language courses in Moscow and the Moscow region.
