Admission of citizens to a technical school for secondary vocational education is carried out on the basis of applications from persons:

· With basic general education;

· With secondary (complete) general education.

Admission to study in educational programs at the expense of budgetary allocations from the budget of the Moscow region is generally available.

The volume and structure of admission of persons to a technical school for training at the expense of the budget of the Moscow region are determined in the manner prescribed by the Ministry of Education of the Moscow region.

Applications to the technical school for full-time education are accepted until August 15, and if there are free places in the technical school, the acceptance of documents is extended until October 1 of the current year.

When submitting an application (in Russian) for admission to a technical school, an applicant presents, at his discretion, the following documents:

Citizens of the Russian Federation:

  • original or photocopy of documents proving his identity, citizenship;
  • original or photocopy of a state-recognized educational document;
  • 4 photos;

Foreign citizens, stateless persons, including compatriots living abroad:

  • a copy of the applicant's identity document, or a document proving the identity of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation, in accordance with Article 10 of the Federal Law of July 25, 2002 No. 115-FZ "On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation";
  • the original document of a foreign state on education and (or) qualifications (or a copy thereof certified in accordance with the established procedure), if the education certified by the said document is recognized in the Russian Federation at the level of the corresponding education in accordance with Article 107 of the Federal Law (in the case established by the Federal Law - also a certificate of recognition of foreign education);

  • a duly certified translation into Russian of a document of a foreign state on the level of education and (or) qualifications and annexes thereto (if the latter is provided for by the legislation of the state in which such a document on education was issued);
  • copies of documents or other evidence confirming the belonging of a compatriot living abroad to the groups provided for by Article 17 of the Federal Law of May 24, 1999 No. 99-FZ "On the state policy of the Russian Federation in relation to compatriots abroad";
  • 4 photos;
  • medical certificate form 086-U.

The surname, first name and patronymic (the last one - if any) of the applicant, indicated in the translations of the submitted documents, must correspond to the last name, first name and patronymic (the last one - if any) indicated in the document proving the identity of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation.

Enrollment in a technical school

The applicant submits the original document of the state sample on education (qualifications) by August 15, 2014.

After the deadline for the submission of the original documents of education, the director of the technical school issues an order for the admission of persons recommended by the admission committee for enrollment and submitting the originals of the relevant documents. The appendix to the enrollment order is a surname list of these persons. The order with the attachment is posted on the next working day after publication on the information stand of the selection committee and on the official website of the technical school.

Admission to the technical school, subject to availability, can be carried out until October 1 of the current year.
