Diet principle

You need to eat about 1.5-2 kilograms of yellow or green apples per day (since they are the most useful) and a maximum of 500 grams of cottage cheese with a fat content of up to 2%. Everything else is prohibited, including sour cream and various additives to cottage cheese (even!). I really loved to eat baked apples (I chopped them finely and put them in the oven for 30 minutes), besides, they are much healthier and tastier than ordinary ones.

You also need to drink a lot of water. I also advise you to drink one and a half liters a day, it perfectly kills the appetite. If it's really hard, you can afford a glass of low-percentage kefir.

I advise you to eat apples one at a time every interval of time (say, half an hour), and not immediately throw on a kilogram. Otherwise, there may be a bubbling in the stomach, which is not very pleasant.

My diet was like this:

I ate 5 times a day 100 grams of cottage cheese, and after 15 minutes I ate two apples with an interval of half an hour. I think that this is the best thing, because if you eat apples as a separate meal without cottage cheese, your body will not be satiated, and you will feel a very strong feeling of hunger, and may even get a stomach ache.
