    Perhaps relying on the characteristics of the Rune language and the knowledge of the organization of its alphabet and grammar, researchers will be able to open a new field of studying the system of language consciousness and levels of its manifestation.

    RESULTS

    "Language consciousness" can be viewed as a phenomenon inherent in human and humanity and due to the properties of the language, which contains not only the entire experience of becoming the human community, but also the program of its development. Such a wide view of the phenomenon requires some universal techniques for studying and characteristics, the production of which is possible only on the basis of a philosophical approach in solving "special tasks" in various scientific disciplines.

    Using an approach developed in linguocultureology, we also believe appropriate at a certain stage quantum levels of manifestation of linguistic consciousness - Individual language consciousness, collective linguistic consciousness and universal linguistic consciousness, each of which has features, is characterized by characteristic features and can be described. "Universal Language Consciousness" can be viewed as a philosophical level of study of the phenomenon, as the space of contact of humanity with the highest. It is also assumed that this is a place where the information of a universal nature and an infinite volume is stored. Moreover, the ways to obtain it and the temporary boundaries of this process are largely a mystery.

    An integral part of the "universal linguistic consciousness" is the "collective linguistic consciousness". Under this term is understood by the dedicated phenomenon and space, representing a specific result of the interaction of the semantic field of the language, on the one hand, and the consciousness of its carriers, on the other.

    It can be assumed that the level of "linguistic consciousness" is determined by the capabilities of the language itself at a particular stage and the level of surrender public and individual consciousness. This gives us the opportunity to designate the phenomenon as a space structured by the semantic field of a particular language, and as a result of the interaction of this field with a person's consciousness than the level of "language consciousness" of this person is determined. In this case, we are talking about the "individual language consciousness".

    Thus, the ability of a particular language to display in the "language consciousness" of the subject objective reality directly forms the focus of the human being. Moreover, the corresponding "Language Consciousness" is the space in which the spiritual path of man can pass, it is one of the mechanisms of expanding a person's consciousness to the level of co-knowledge.

    Relying on the fundamental positions of NTN, we formulated the following understanding of the phenomenon. Language consciousness is an aspect of co-knowledge manifested in human consciousness. This is an opportunity (as a potentiality, inherent in man and humanity), the mechanism and ability to touch the divine world and know God in the world and in themselves, realizing their creative similarity and sacred meaning of life and carrying out divine fishery of the preservation and increase in life.

    It follows from this that the "individual language consciousness" becomes the quantum level of a person's consciousness, to whom the divine knowledge descends, as in a person hidden for an ordinary person it contains knowledge of truth.

    We will note a special role that the person plays in the transformation of man and the expansion of his consciousness, a new Rural language. Moving in his knowledge, we can detect not only the evidence of our spiritual origin, but the keys to it, the keys from the gate of our spiritual homeland.

    And the linguistic consciousness of a person, lined with the light of the Rune language, reveals the special space of the spiritual world, where the boundaries of the individual, collective and universal "linguistic consciousness" are erased. Consciousness is manifested as a multidimensional phenomenon. This is a new level of being and awareness of reality, where the truth of life and the beauty of Genesis opens to man and humanity.
